This technology has been around for 25 years and is highly popular in Asia, which is where one of the founders of Nexbelt, Eddie, first discovered it. He then brought the concept back to his business partner, Tom, and they discussed ways to enhance the design.
The first step we took was to upgrade the leather, a feature that is often overlooked by other companies. We retained the existing mechanism but designed a buckle that resembles a pin buckle, with a hidden golf ball marker behind the face. These innovations have been granted US patents.
