Our Story: Our company, Nexbelt, is seven years old and is one of the originators of the ratchet belt in the USA. While we didn't invent the ratchet system, we re-engineered it and made it better. The technology has been around for 25 years and is very popular in Asia, where one of the founders, Eddie, discovered it. He brought it back to his business partner, Tom, and they discussed how to improve it.
The first thing we did was to upgrade the leather – something most companies don't do today. We utilized the existing mechanism but designed a buckle to resemble a pin buckle, and a golf buckle that had a hidden ball marker behind the face, for which we received U.S. patents.
Product Features: 100% Leather Imported PRECISE-FIT RATCHET TECHNOLOGY: The adjustable ratcheting buckle mechanism supports a PreciseFit for any belt size up to a 50-inch waist. Our belt straps adjust within 1/4 of an inch, making the belt quick and easy to undo or tighten, yet rather comfortable compared to a traditional pin and buckle.
BLACK LEATHER CCW BELT: Our straps are made from a super-high density microfiber material that is an advanced composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers. This allows the stiffness required for holstering your sidearm if you have a CCW permit. The 1 3/8" wide strap, with a sweat-resistant backing, is highly durable for a wide range of use.
VERSATILE JAMES BOND BELT: When you're doing concealed carry, the last thing you want is a belt that announces your carrying. Our new Bond belt is designed for the business professional whose dress attire is a suit.
STABLE STRONG SET SCREWS: The clasp has 2 set screws to give a more reliable hold than just a clasp alone (a Nexbelt exclusive). Equipped with Allen head stainless steel screws, and not pins like cheaper options (patent pending). The Belt Buckle size is 1 7/8" x 3".
