Established seven years ago, our company is one of the pioneers in the ratchet belt industry in the USA. While we did not invent the ratchet system, we re-engineered it and significantly improved its design. The underlying technology has been around for 25 years and has gained immense popularity in Asia. It was during one of his trips to Asia that Eddie, one of the founders of Nexbelt, discovered this innovative system. Upon his return, he shared his findings with his business partner, Tom, and they began exploring ways to further enhance the product.
The first and most significant improvement we made was to the leather component. Unlike many of our competitors, we refused to compromise on the quality of the leather used in our belts. We utilized the existing ratchet mechanism but redesigned the buckle to resemble a traditional pin buckle, with the added feature of a hidden golf ball marker behind the face. These design innovations were recognized with the award of a US patent.
At the core of our belts' superior performance is the exceptional quality of the materials and construction. We have spared no expense in ensuring that our belts outperform and outlast every other belt on the market. The leather, nylon, and other components used in our belts are of the highest caliber, making them a crucial link to the belt's overall performance.
To further enhance the durability and reliability of our belts, we have eliminated the use of pins as mounting points and instead, incorporated stainless steel hex-head screws. This design choice not only adds to the visual appeal of our belts but also ensures their long-lasting strength and resilience.
